This pose doesnt really have the same impact with the shortboard haha..

Quick snap just before I ran down for an afternoon surf. Usually the best time as everybody got out of the water, or are ready to get out, and I would get a few minutes in peace, no one to hussle

Went to JBay recently to watch the Billabong Pro. Ive been missing it for the last three years, so I was happy to finally get one day of competition. The above photos were taken at Boneyards, Joel Parkinson and Occy in rather small waves.

Later that day I had the chance to surf with Damien Hobgood, and what a nice guy!
